Singing,
playing guitar and being involved in anything musical has been
Dan Wiebe’s ambition for the past 20 years. He began playing
guitar at eight years of age, learning songs from the top 40
radio stations.
For two years Dan studied as a vocal music major in college
performing operettas and musicals. He also spent a few years
working as a singing waiter with a musical group called the
"Barnstormers" at the Old Windmill Dinner Theater
in Scottsdale, Arizona.
Dan is an excellent musician, is a proficient guitar player,
comfortable on either classical, steel string or electric
bass. Through his 20's he supported himself performing for
nightclubs and private functions, playing guitar/bass,
either working alone, as a duet, trio, or with a band.
Currently he’s been playing electric bass in a band for many
years with some great life-long friends and also plays many
gigs as a single performing singer/guitarist.
